I’ve been wanting to start a blog for as long as I can remember; and in fact, I’ve started two, but they’ve never quite stuck. I’ve finally decided to ditch a gimmicky name to simply be ME. Over the past few years, I’ve become increasingly interested in meditation, mindfulness, and connecting with my mind, body, and spirit. This blog will be a place to share, to connect, and to inspire. Most of all, I want this blog to be a place to be open and honest about life’s struggles and joys. The internet world has enough perfection. You can read more about starting this blog in my first post here.
On the far right side of the page just under my little face, you’ll see I call this website my little corner of the internet. Grab a cup of tea and make yourself cozy in my little home to connect with me and to discover how to live a more intentional, meaningful, and HAPPY life. We’ll learn together.
A little bit about me…
I live in Eugene, Oregon with my husband and trumpet extraordinaire Tony Glausi. After graduating in June 2016 with my Bachelor’s degree in clarinet performance from the University of Oregon, I landed a job working behind-the-scenes with the Eugene Symphony Association as the Executive Operations Assistant. Everyday I work with a team of 8 talented staff members to enrich lives through the power of music and it’s just as amazing as it sounds.
Thanks for stopping by!
I hope this blog will be an inspiring resource to you. Please let me know what you think and feel free to reach out to me.
I’d love to connect with you.
